Hello, and welcome to Mr. Trent's message page!  This is my 19th year in education. I served as a middle school principal for 10 years before coming to Central High School. I am entering my third year at Central and am excited about the upcoming school year. The 2010 senior class reached an 80% graduation rate and attained $5.2 million in scholarship monies. Wow! The Class of 2011 has reached 82% in graduation rate  and attain even more in scholarship money this year. Go Bobcats!

I have been married to my lovely wife, Karen, for over 20 years. She is a Kindergarten teacher at Farragut Primary.  We have 3 daughters:  Danyelle, a junior at the Univeristy of Tennessee,
Lauren, a freshmen at Maryville College, and Madison, a junior at HVA.  We love sports, the beach, traveling, and family time.
The upcoming 2011-2012 school year will bring several new programs to Central. We will have a new on-site bank, begin a Culinary Arts Program, and begin a Health Science Program. Good things are happening at Central High!
